Putrajaya Bridge is the link between the Government Precinct and the Mixed Development Precinct, also linking the Boulevard and Putra Square. It's the most important bridge in Malaysia and it spans across 435 meters. It's also a unique icon landmark of Putrajaya. The architecture and design was inspired by Khaji Bridge, a famous bridge in Iran.

Overview

The upper level of the bridge is a boulevard-like area, well paved path ideal for jogging and taking a slow stroll around. Its view overlooking the lake is beautiful at sun set. There are many couples who will take their wedding photo around the iconic scenery. The lower deck serves as the transportation route for both vehicles and monorail. There are many fine dining restaurants and cafes that took advantage of the lake view around the pillar of the bridge

The man-made lake is also offers boat ride and kayaking around the lake for visitors and tourists. There are many resorts and restaurants around to offer to a short getaway. Spas and pools are among the attraction for most of the resorts around here like Shangri-la Spa and Resort. Nearby attractions includes the Agriculture Heritage Park and the Putra Mosque.

By Train

Take the Express Rail Link from KLIA or KL Sentra station. Upon arrival, take the Putra Nadi bus around the town at RM 0.50 per ride.

By Bus

Take the Cityliner 868 from Seri Kota or Serdang Station to Putrajaya. Then take the Putra Nadi bus that service around the city for RM 0.50 per ride.
